My way or highway

Maybe it's just me I don't know, but I want things to get done my way. I'm not easy to deal with. If you don't agree, don't even try to make me to change my mind. Don't go away mad, just go away. I know what I want and I know how to get it, so don't bother. For an example I'll never go to the concert unless I'm in the front row or backstage with VIP. I'll never ask an autograf 'cause it's something a fan do. I want to be seen as me, I want to be noticed of something I am. I never do things if I feel I'm not appreciated. I don't want to get disappointed, I want to get positive suprised. I don't want to fail, I want to be succeed. I couldn't care a less if someone doesn't agree with me. I still respect others and their opinions, but I want things that matters to me, to be done my way...

What's happening to me?

It's just one of those days. One of the days I'm so confused of everything. Why am I crying? I have no answer. The tears are just running. It just feels empty inside, that's all I can say. I feel nothing but I'm sad. How can it even be possible?  What's happening to me?

Traffic jam

My worst nightmare: Traffic jam. Waiting for hours to drive just a few miles. Nothing is worse than when you're in hurry and you should be at your destination in 10 minutes but you're already late.
The stress makes it all even worse. All you can see is hopeless drivers which have got their license from an automat or at least it looks that way. I hear myself calling people idiots, shit heads and all those words I never use, but in traffic there are no excuses: It all just comes out from my mouth. I can see myself giving a finger, clenching  my fist while changing a lane, and it doesn't help at all because the traffic lights are red anyway.

My head is almost exploring when I'm looking the digital watch in my car. Still a few hundred meters to go...I'm almost there. My heart falls back into the normal rythm as soon as I stop the car in the parking line. I'm taking a deep breath. Can it be right that I'm the only competent driver in this country? Well, I guess the others say the same...

We're all the same

When we are born, we are pink. When we get tanned, we are brown. When we get cold, we are blue and then some of us dare to call the other races coloured. Well, what does the colour mean? We all still have one body with two arms and legs and a beating heart. We are all the same, nobody's better than others. We all make mistakes 'cause we're only human. Nobody has right to judge people because of their colour, it doesn't make them worse.

We can't choose where are born, so why some of us are looking down those who are  living in poverty. If you are that lucky being born to a rich family and you don't have to do anything at all for your living, take a look at yourself sometimes, don't you feel quilty?

There has been a resurch of which groups are giving most money to Red Cross, Unicef and so on, and the results were shocking: Those who are giving most are those who doesn't earn that much themself. Maybe because they're living down on earth they understands the problem better. I don't know. I'm not writing to judge anyone, I just want people to realize that even though we can't save the whole world, we can still make difference.

Disappointment

What I want, I can't have and what I have, I don't need. You used to be my king and I was your queen. You were every dream I ever had but now we're apart.

I'm still dressed up looking like a million. I love to tease you and show you what you're missing. It's true that you can always find someone else, but you will never find someone like me.

Congratulations, you managed to be another disappointment in my life and you just lost another chance you never had.

It's so unfair

I'm gonna take this subject up because after so many years so many people still feels  betrayed. It's a general problem which exist all over. Let's take an example: You have fought to get exellent papers from graduation, just and only to get into a dramaschool.

Everything goes well, you'll get throw those tests until you stand in the last group of 30 people. There's no more than 14 places open. You know you have the talent yourself and have seen few others being pretty good as well. Final test and you can just feel becoming the new raising star on the way in...until you'll recieve a letter one week later saying "better luck next time". After seen people doing those different tests you are curious who were the chosen ones. You look all those last names on the list looking very familiar wondering how that can be. Then you'll think about the jury with some of the most famous actors in the country. The names are the same and the rest of the chosen ones are all children of actors. Come on, you have just seen them acting! They're not better than any of those who weren't chosen, they just have their names.

You cant hide your disappointment because at least in this business they should be looking more after those who really are burning for it and who's got the talent, but no. It's all about money as usually. Of course  they're gonna sell better because they just have those famous surnames. If you're unknown, it'll take time to push yourself throw to be regonized. It's sad how someone can cheat themselves in even though they don't deserve it. And that's the way it all works today, no matter which business you are in. Sad but true...

Eyes are the mirror of the soul

Do you know the feeling when you look that perfect set of clothing on the window, but even though it might look so good on that doll, it doesn't look the same on you. Those dolls are like Barbies. The porposes of ther body are really unrealistic and if you're not suffering of anorexia, then it's impossible to fit in those measurements.
The whole haute couture has been a lot in the media lately. It's been a lot of talk about how models should be looking more like the averidge of population does, but it's a fact: The more different they look the more they'll get attention. So the fashion industry is not trying to find the most perfect and beautiful people on earth, but instead finding those who look different. It's a lot about bone structure and I think it's pretty scary.
It's sad how not only models but almost the whole Hollywood is trying to follow that trend of getting into size zero. But when it comes to those who have reached it, there's no sparkle but emptiness left in their eyes. I don't judge them, it's not my life. I just think it's a hard industry. I've learned to see how important it is how you're carring yourself. If you have the confidence and you accept yourself as you are, it'll be the key to success. It's true: Eyes are the mirror of the soul.
